The Eparchy of New Westminster congratulates our Basilian Fathers on the election of their new Provincial Superior and Council of their Canadian Province of the Sacred Heart!
We are blessed to have a monastic community of the Basilian Fathers at St. Mary’s Parish in Vancouver. As we celebrate 50 years of our Eparchy this year, we also acknowledge that the first bishops of our eparchy were members of the same Order of Saint Basil the Great.
May the Lord bless the Basilian communities throughout Canada and globally – especially in Ukraine at this time of war.
